ORION PROPERTY PARTNERS is one of Orange County’s most tenured and respected commercial real estate firms. Our greatest asset is our team of highly respected and experienced commercial real estate professionals. Prior to forming ORION Property Partners, Inc., our principals were market leaders as top brokers, partners and executive officers of some of the finest institutional property ownership, service, and development and investment companies in real estate today. With each of our principals celebrating over 30 years in the real estate industry, our firm offers the greatest single concentration of talent, market knowledge and experience in the Orange County marketplace.

There is nothing that compares to the experience and knowledge that comes from growing with the market over time. As the Orange County high-rise office skyline has taken shape over the last three decades, our principals have been deeply involved from the outset. We grew up with this market and know it like no one else.

Collectively, our principals have been involved in millions of square feet of lease, sale and development transactions, the majority of which have been the largest and most significant deals which have been changing Orange County’s skyline for over 25 years.
