ORION Property Partners, Inc. Adds Two, 27-Year Industry Veterans
ORION Property Partners, Inc., Orange County’s leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in landlord and tenant representation, has added to its highly-experienced team by naming industry veterans Mark C. Bennett and Mark McAdams as principals.

Mark Bennett is a senior real estate professional with more than 27 years experience in the office, corporate headquarters, and industrial property sectors. As a principal with ORION, Bennett will focus on tenant representation. Over his career, Bennett has developed strategic real estate plans for several Fortune 500 clients on a local, regional, and national basis. Bennett’s strengths include lease restructuring, market leveraging, financial analysis, lease document and work letter negotiations, acquisitions/dispositions and build-to-suit expertise. He comes to ORION from the PRES Companies, and is a California licensed real estate broker. Bennett received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
With nearly 30 years of specialized commercial real estate experience in both sales and leasing transactions, Mark McAdams will bring his brokerage and asset management experience to bear strategically on several project leasing assignments for the firm. He will also be handling tenant representation at ORION. McAdams previously served as vice president of RREEF Management Company where he was directly responsible for a Class A office and flex portfolio spanning Orange and Los Angeles counties totaling nearly 2.3 million square feet with a value of approximately $663 million. Prior to that, he was actively involved in marketing and leasing of more than 8 million square feet of class A institutional office space during his 25 years at Cushman & Wakefield. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
